Symptom Remix and Baby Names

My pregnancy symptoms have been coming and going and seem to vary by the day. At first I was extremely tired, and am probably still not 100% back to my normal energy level. And for a while I was feeling really nauseous and had a headache for a full day. Then that subsided (which was good, because I actually felt productive for a change) and I was having a lot of sensitivity of my gums. Eating crackers would make the inside of my mouth feel all cut up. Now today, I am back to having some nausea but it is different than before. It is like a mix between hunger, nausea, and heartburn. It's uncomfortable and makes me feel like I might need to make a mad dash to the toilet at any given moment, but it's not knocking me down and out like the previous nausea. Anyway, it's been interesting and hopefully the fact that I am feeling a little odd is a good sign. We have another ultrasound on Monday so I hope we see a normally developing fetus (no longer an embryo at that point) with a strong heartbeat and well-attached placenta.

On another note, I have already been worrying about baby names. I just don't have any that I'm super excited about so I already got the baby name book out and have been thinking about them. I told Brett that I only really liked one girl name at this point - Myelle, and no boy names. He wasn't super excited about the name Myelle and when I asked him for a suggestion he threw out Yolanda. So I'm thinking I will easily win that battle. As I glanced through the baby name book today, I wrote these down as names to think about:

Boy:
Callen (Cal for short, not sure I like both kids with "K" sounds though, I would mix them up forever)
Harley (Brett says this is a girl name)
Jalen (we talked about this one and it's up there on the list but kids might tease with "Gay-len")
Lane (Brett actually liked this name but we typically don't like one-syllable names with our last name)
Linden
Macklin
Porter
River (Brett likes Rivers but I just like it singular)
Rowan
Ryder
Ryker
Stratton
Taden
Taven
Tevan
Traven

Girl:
Evelyn
Hadley
Harlow (seems a little to popular for celebrity baby names so not sure we want to go in that direction)
Harper
Lola
Marlow
Myelle (rhymes with the name of a friend's daughter so Brett is turned off, we could call her Ellie for short)

I can't say I'm really sold on any of the boy names, but just wanted to get a list started to see if Brett is a fan of anything that I can live with. I'm pretty sure we're going to have a boy since I am all set on a girls name again.

I like Myelle! Callen is my favorite boy name on the list.

We never really agreed on names for either of our kids, I didn't even mention Marissa until after she was delivered and with Ryan we were so sure we were having a girl we hadn't discussed boy names! My husband didn't seem to care what name I picked right after delivery, lol ;)

I love Harper for a girl! That is so cute. Not sure about the boys names.
