2nd Ultrasound

Yesterday we had an appointment for another ultrasound. We feel incredibly blessed and lucky that everything is still looking perfect. The baby's heart rate was 169 beats/minute. The crown to rump length is 1.75 cm. We heard the heartbeat very clearly. The doctor confirmed that the baby is in my left uterus. And the baby was moving around during the ultrasound. I have been released by my RE and will now start seeing my OB. We are going to go to the same one we used with Kyler in Overland Park just to be extra safe. I am very interested to discuss the pregnancy with her and see what she thinks about C-section vs. vaginal birth this time, and whether she thinks preterm labor may be an issue.

Here is one of the ultrasound pictures. The baby's head is upward and to the left. It is facing the opposite way so you can just see the back of the head and the baby's back. Hopefully next time we will see some arms and legs moving around.
