Today I had my first appointment since I have entered the 2nd trimester. What a relief to hear that heartbeat strong as ever! We will stop through on Friday to get an ultrasound and some blood work done to test for any abnormalities.
I will have appointments and ultrasounds every four weeks throughout the rest of my pregnancy. Four weeks from now I have to take the glucose test for the first time (I have to take it early because of my PCOS). I'm sure she'll want to see me a little more often in the last few weeks of my pregnancy too. It will be really nice to only have to make the trip once per month for a while though!
