Pain after IUI

I had my IUI this morning and starting mid-afternoon, I started experiencing a lot more pain than normal. At first it was cramping and I thought maybe it was just constipation or something. But that wasn't it and now it almost feels like my insides are bruised, particularly on my left side. I've been reading and it seems to be pretty common especially when women have multiple mature follicles on once side. Some even had some vomiting and fever along with it. It's kind of weird though because I only had one on each side this time. Maybe it's just because they're larger than normal. Hopefully it's a good sign and not OHSS (ovarian hyper-stimulation syndrome). Either way, it should go away in a matter of days.
