2 Months
Myelle turned 2 months old yesterday and had her check-up today. She was 10 pounds, 7 ounces which is the 25th-50th percentile. She was 23 inches long which is the 75th percentile. Myelle is still our little spit-up queen, ruining furniture left and right. She is having less and less of her gassy tummy aches where she cries and cries which is nice. But she is still pretty fussy at times and wants to be held and given constant attention. She is sleeping pretty good so I can't complain too much. She has been going to bed slightly earlier, around 11 most nights. She sleeps for around 5-6 hours until about 4:30 in the morning. After that she is up every two hours to eat until a long nap in the afternoon. Her fussiest time is the few hours before bed. And she is a noisy baby all the time. She grunts and makes lots of noise which is one reason she never slept a night in our room. She is smiling and cooing a lot which is fun. We are enjoying getting to know her personality little by little and can't wait until she is a couple months older so it really starts showing itself. Her first set of shots are on Thursday and I hope she handles them better than I think she will. She can be a little drama queen and seems to hold onto a grudge when she doesn't get her way. Hopefully she is just getting all that over with now and it's not a reflection of what her teenage years will be like.
