Less than 4 days to go! I had a quick doctor appointment today and everything is looking good. They weighed and measured me and checked the baby's heart rate. The doctor didn't see the need to check my cervix since I haven't been having any contractions. I'm feeling pretty lucky I only had to be checked one time... no complaints there! Don't be too jealous because I'll be paying for it after the baby comes with the c-section recovery.
Brett has been rethinking our baby boy names (another reason we are sure to be having a boy). Now in the running is Keyton/Keaton and I think a few others he has saved on his phone. Weston is his new favorite but I don't think I'm a fan. Kyler is still convinced it's a boy and gets upset when we talk about the fact that it might be a girl. He is a little confused on the gender of babies - he thinks all of them are boys. I still think it will be a boy too, apparently one that will not have a name right away. :)
I think this baby is ready to get out of there. It has been stretching a lot which isn't exactly comfortable. It seems like it is worse at the end of the day, maybe gravity taking its toll on my body. Most of the time it is pretty obvious that it is on the left side.
We are pretty much ready. The hotel room is booked for the night before and Kyler's arrangements are all set. Saturday will be spent doing a good cleaning of the house and cars. Sunday we will pack and probably stock up on some groceries. We also want to spend some quality time with Kyler since it will be his last day as an only child.
