Treatment Cycle 4

Today is cycle day 12. I had an ultrasound yesterday to check my follicles and the dominant follicle (egg) measured 12.7 so we aren't ready for Ovidrel (that releases the egg) yet - it needs to be close to 20. I was pretty irritated because when I scheduled the appointment I thought they were having me come way too early and I was right. I almost always have to wait until Day 13. So now I have to make another trip to Kansas City tomorrow, the same day we close on our house. What a pain it was to get daycare arranged so that I could go. I thought about waiting until Thursday morning but decided to bite the bullet and just make it work. Thank goodness for Grandma Debbie for rearranging the daycare schedule so I had a place for Ky. I should be doing the Ovidrel shot tomorrow and taking a pregnancy test around the 27th. The follicle is in the left side this time and I have never been pregnant in that side. I don't think there's any reason for that - it is the larger and easier side to get to so it should be possible. I've got my fingers crossed, especially now that I realize how much of a pain it is to drive back and forth this much!
