4 Month Checkup

Myelle had her 4 month checkup on Monday. She was still 24 inches long (the doctor thinks we may have been a little off at her 2 month checkup) which is the 25th-50th percentile. She weighs 13 pounds 12 ounces which is the 50th percentile. She looks just perfect. She screamed the second the nurse touched her because she is getting to be afraid of strangers. The doctor was shocked that she was doing that already. We talked about her reflux and since it takes 6-8 weeks for the inflamation to leave her esophagus I was told not to take her off the medicine. Eventually she will wean herself off if she gains weight and does not require a dosage increase. I was also officially given the okay to start her on some solids which is great because she is doing really well with them and gets super excited about eating.
